These Service Terms apply to creative and technical services provided by:

HEXAVI Studio provides 3D product visualization, product renders, product animations, exploded views, technical visual explanations, and campaign-ready visual assets.

1. Project scope

Each project is based on the agreed quotation, proforma invoice, written brief, or written confirmation.

The exact deliverables, timeline, price, payment schedule, revision rounds, and file formats are agreed separately for each project.

2. Client materials

The client is responsible for providing accurate and usable project materials, such as CAD files, product references, dimensions, brand guidelines, technical information, and deadline requirements.

Delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect client materials may affect the project timeline and final result.

3. Payment

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project and stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, or written confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed, final high-resolution files are delivered after full payment.

According to §19 UStG, no VAT is charged under the German small business regulation, where applicable.

4. Revisions

Included revision rounds are defined separately for each project.

Additional revisions, new directions, changes after approval, or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

5. Delivery

Final files are delivered in the agreed formats, such as JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV, PDF, WEBP, or other agreed formats.

Source files, editable 3D files, scene files, working files, and project files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

6. Usage rights

After full payment, the client may use the final delivered visuals for the agreed commercial purposes, such as websites, presentations, exhibitions, social media, digital campaigns, and sales materials.

HEXAVI Studio retains ownership of working files, source files, unused drafts, methods, and production files unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Portfolio use

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, HEXAVI Studio may show selected final visuals in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and sales materials.

Confidential or unreleased projects will not be published without permission.

8. Cancellation

If a confirmed project is cancelled or paused by the client, HEXAVI Studio may charge for the work already completed.

Advance payments may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Liability

HEXAVI Studio provides creative and technical services with reasonable professional care.

The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and commercial use of the product information, brand assets, CAD files, references, and technical materials supplied.

10. Governing law

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Where legally permitted, place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany
